If you need to fix a roof problem, there are three options: spot repair, partial reroofing, and full replacement. When to reroof depends on several variables, including the shingles’ wear and age, the climate in your area, and your home’s susceptibility to future damage.

If the roof is fundamentally sound, the most effective solution is partial reroofing.
